The Premium version offers many advantages, as all application parameters are adjustable and an administration interface allows you to manage field feedback through indicators and dashboards.

- Adjustable step labels: possibility to make a step optional or exclude it

- Integration of a recipient directory to report risk situations

- Generation of actions from the customer area after feedback and monitoring of actions (action monitoring indicators by status and by site)
